This was one of the most frustrating rooms we’ve done. It was super linear so even with only 4 people there was a lot of waiting around. The set pieces were very particular or they wouldn’t work and our game runner wasn’t paying attention so hints weren’t helpful or applied to things we’d already done.

Hi smg5281, thanks again for another honest review. Its always hard to hear when a room is not enjoyable, but we as owners need to know when things go sour. This game certainly is linear so I can see how there could be some concerns for that. In regards to the particular set piece(s), I can only think of one that requires a little bit of precise work, but the others you are referring to, I'm unsure of. If you would be open to it, please reach out to our company email at our website, I would love to know more so we can address/fix things as needed. Lastly, and probably the worst is the lack of attention from the GM. According to your booking data, I was able to determine who that GM was and that person is no longer with us and over the past year we have implemented policies to avoid such a poor experience. An attentive GM is considered a top priority for us, hands down. Thank you again for providing your honest feedback!
