The staff was very welcoming. We came in and they were running behind so we had to wait a bit, but the staff were attentive to us and apologetic.
The flow was choppy with a couple puzzles that weren’t very intuitive. The operator told us “yeah everyone gets stuck on the wheel puzzle; it usually needs like ten minutes to work through”. And even the pieces that did fit, didn’t do so very clearly. Very frustrating. All of the other puzzles were solvable and pretty good, but that wheel was not a good puzzle.
We had 2 people, but I would say max 4. 5 or more may be a bit crowded as the room was a bit small, but decor was immersive, very cool explorer theme, but very low light, even though they do provide a small flash light.

There were 2 physical puzzles that made the room hard…and frustrating. Not much guidance or clues to help solve one of them. Even after figuring out the purpose for the puzzle, it didn’t help to determine how the puzzles piece together.
