The people running the room were very nice and it seems like a nice family-run business, but this room did not do it for us. The puzzles felt confusing and random and the room was filled with miscellaneous things that did not really relate to the puzzles. It's always frustrating when you cannot advance in a room because the puzzles didn't make sense instead of being just hard puzzles! (Specifically, one of the issues was with the words you had to input into one of the codes--there was nothing significant about those words in the room and that felt confusing to us!)
