We liked Blackbeard's Brig and Lucky Duck Speakeasy so much that we played the Lost Jewel right afterward (at a return-players' discount). We found this game simple and straightforward (thus our 23ish minutes remaining) but our game master explained that players are challenged by a couple of things that we were just fortunate to notice right quickly. The game flowed well and the puzzles were fun to solve.

Gameplay

The game flowed well between clues and trying to discover the jewel was fun. The Lost Jewel incorporated a number of puzzles we'd seen in other games, and while it had less puzzles than Escape the Room's other two games there is still a lot to do.

Atmosphere

This game is slightly more immersive than their other two games. The sets all supported the game and story. The puzzles were straightforward but fun.

Customer service

Excellent game master. We didn't require any clues and he didn't bother us with any, but took the time to answer our questions about some of the challenges other teams face in the game, to make us a better team. They had us in their facility over three games and were very accommodating making our experience highly positive.
