Come check out the escape room that first earned us a reputation as one of the best escape rooms in the Denver area! Cabin in the Woods has long been one of our most popular rooms because it is guaranteed to keep everyone in your group busy and engaged for the entire experience. This one is hard enough even for the most experienced escapers, yet possible for even first time groups to complete if they really work together. Upon entering the room, you find yourselves in the following scenario: Lost in the woods and running low on supplies, your hiking group stumbles upon a remote cabin. Gather provisions and find a way to return to civilization before you’re trapped by an approaching storm – it’s supposed to be a big one! Can you survive the storm? Try Cabin in the Woods and find out!

One of the hardest games I ever played, we barely escaped with large group and many hints, but all tasks make sense, you just need to pay more attention.

This room had a kind of puzzle I had never done before (but have since come across similar puzzles using that same technique). So it was pretty impressive and a lot of fun. We had a lot of fun.

The Cabin: Lost in the woods, we finally found a cabin. Finding a way in, we had to gather supplies and find our way home. Pros: The set design was the BEST. Honestly, one of our top five when it comes to set design. Lots of attention to detail and emphasis on player experience. The puzzles were clear, logical and fun to solve. The number of puzzles presented quite a challenge for us but the gamemaster helped when necessary. The storyline was unique and the immersive environment helped us feel like we were really playing the part of lost hikers. Cons: None. Great escape room. Go play it! Seriously. What are you waiting for?

I've done several escape rooms and I have to admit - this is probably the most challenging one I've ever done. Unfortunately, my friends and I (4 total) did not escape. There are a TON of puzzles. Thankfully, this was not a linear room so it truly was 'divide and conquer.' I feel like I didn't do anything because I would start a puzzle, get stuck, and hand it off, OR, a puzzle would get started and then handed off to me. With so many puzzles, I didn't really feel like I got the "team work" feel because everyone was off doing their own thing. Overall, I thought it was an okay room. Not my favorite, but it was still enjoyable.

One of the first rooms I did when I was in Denver and really enjoyed it! Plenty of puzzles for everyone in the group to take on and the room is not linear. Great room for beginners who love good decor as well. We had I think 8 people and there were still plenty of puzzles for everyone to do. The rooms at this location are always solid! No jump scares either!

Wow! That was challenging!!! We had three people and we all worked on things or two on one thing and one on something else. But it what unique puzzles and definitely required teamwork in many cases!!! A ton of fun!!!! Definitely would recommend more than 2 players!
“ The cabin itself is very believable and offers several nice features to the sight and the touch. “
