Nothing was intuitive about the game play, no real flow between puzzles, and everything is very cheaply made. You are required to wait for 15 minutes before you can ask for a clue and you are also limited to only 4 clues during the 60 minute time limit. It was clear to our team that they are more interested in having low completion/escape percentages than they are about the customers having fun.

Definitely not a place to go if you are used to well done escape rooms. It seems that they are more interested in having low completion/escape rates than they are about us having a good experience.
Customer service
Staff was nice, but not very helpful during the game. It is a terrible idea to only allow 4 hints and make us wait for 15 minutes before allowing the first clue considering how poorly the “puzzles” flow together.

It was difficult due to complete lack of flow, nothing was intuitive at all during the game. We have completed many “hard” and “expert” level escape rooms relatively easily because they were well done escape rooms, which was not the case here…
