Welcome, dear friends, to the seedy underbelly of the Prohibition Era. It’s a dangerous time to be alive, and the city is crawling with corrupt cops and ruthless gangsters. But you and your team are no ordinary citizens. You are a group of intrepid reporters, hot on the trail of a cold-blooded killer. One of your own has been brutally murdered, and you won’t rest until you’ve brought the culprit to justice, and possibly discover the rumored large stash of loot in the process. As you investigate the crime scene, you will uncover clues that lead you to the city’s most exclusive speakeasy: Club 22. But getting inside won’t be easy – the club is well guarded, and only the most elite are allowed through its doors. Can you solve the mystery and find the secret entrance to Club 22? Once inside, you’ll have to use all of your wits and cunning to evade the law and escape before the police arrive. This is no ordinary escape room – it’s a race against time and a test of your investigative skills. Are you up to the challenge?

The atmosphere in the room was good, and we enjoyed everything until the final puzzle. The last puzzle, even with the game master’s explanation, took too much of a leap of logic and was less than a satisfying end to an otherwise good experience.
It was great until the final puzzle which made no sense at all.

Pretty solid room, a part of me wishes there was one extra layer no matter what it may have been, but very nice experience! I always enjoy a room that’ll take the majority of the time and the vibes when you got into the second room we’re really cool!
The first room was really good in terms of flow, it became very nonlinear in the second room
I really liked this one! The first room draws you in and the second one seals the deal with great ambiance and sounds

I HATE to leave a bad review. Especially a family owned business where the employees were friendly but this one just was not good. Now we went back in October 2023 so I’m not sure if they worked out the mechanical kinks but they have been open for a long time so when we went I would think the mechanical aspect should be perfect by now. Something triggered prematurely where he had to come on the speaker to inform us. Something was broken to that fact where he had to come into the room and fix it. The atmosphere was nice and there were some very unique mechanical aspects but that’s where it ends. The flow was good in the beginning but when you get to the final room the flow just vanishes and the puzzles are all over the place. He even told us we escaped then come to find out we didn’t even open something we were supposed to. We were not offered any kind of refund for the mechanical errors. I don’t expect a refund although I would have appreciated at the end acknowledgement that he was really sorry about the issues. there was no acknowledgement. I don’t recommend this place but I hope that they can work on these things and if so I would be happy to come back and try again if they open a new room.
The flow was bad at the end. There was so many puzzles to do at the same time that were extremely confusing and you’d think one part was for another puzzle and we were all over the place. I’ve done quite a bit of escape rooms and this one might have had the worst flow in the final room

Fresh upstart business, hosts are fantastically friendly, and the best version of the "speakeasy" theme. Atmosphere setting with sound, feel, and puzzle interaction. Opening up those other rooms would really triple business and I can't wait to come see them.

LOVED IT! My only dislike is I can't wait for NEW rooms. I need more, an outstanding mix of mechanical and tech-infused. Would recommend it to any/ all in Pasco or surrounding areas. Just amazingly legit for a smaller space. Can't wait to see what Arcanum does next.

Escaped with my family of 5 with a couple clues given. We got stuck when solving a puzzle, but the result caused something to happen by someone else trying to solve a different puzzle, so we were still trying to solve something that was done. Otherwise a pretty good experience.
Minimal backtracking. Several padlocks, but seemed appropriate.
It was good. Felt like you found a secret entrance to a speakeasy.
Very nice and attentive. I think we were the only guests at the time.

Nice location with great puzzles! We realized shortly after starting the room that we’d already done this room before at another location. If you did the mafia themed room at Escape Reality Sarasota this room is an exact duplicate of it. We still had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back to try the rest of their rooms when they open!
