The puzzles were not properly reset for our group: the whiteboard had markings and solutions from the prior group on it that were not erased, the puzzles were not set properly (so they did not work and it wasted lots of time so we didn’t escape). They gave us less time in our room “because we were late” - but we were not late and instead they were so busy that they didn’t have a game master to start us at our start time. Additionally, Some of the puzzles relied on distinguishing colors, BUT it was low light (for no apparent reason that had to do with the theme????) and it was difficult to distinguish the colors. AND, we had to read words on a wall that were blurry, faded, and hard to see!! Just poor game design…
It was challenging, but the puzzles were not reset properly
We were “blamed” for being late when we were not late. They were so busy that they didn’t have a game master ready for us at our start time and then deducted time from our room. When we told them that the puzzles were broken and not reset properly, they did not respond well.

Not at all
Very low light in places that needed light. Also, some of the puzzles relied on eyesight and distinguishing colors, BUT it was very difficult to read certain words that were blurry on the wall, faded, dark, and it was hard to distinguish the colors
