Trial of the White Rabbit

This was my third wonderland-themed escape room and I think it was a pretty strong entry. Entombed really went all out when it came to set dressing and world building, there was always plenty to look at and explore in each area. There were a couple of puzzles that I wasn’t a huge fan of, one of which involved some obscure counting which bordered on monotonous but we pushed through nonetheless. Overall this hits all the marks of a classic Wonderland experience but with a bit of added difficulty. Good fun, but not my favourite. Charlotte our GM was really great to talk to pre and post game!

I’ve played a few Alice themed rooms and if I’m honest they generally don’t really do it for me. Trial of the White Rabbit however was an exception to this rule with a really great set design, well themed puzzles and a fun ending. It’s clear a lot of love has gone into this design with the first room being nearly overwhelming with the sheer amount of props in the space. I have a slight gripe with a couple of puzzles in the middle section but these were quelled easily by the design and puzzles of the last two spaces, I really enjoyed them. Definitely one I would recommend.
