47 escape rooms

Wow we were so excited that they opened an escape room near by but was extremely disappointed! Things were broken. The game master did not know the puzzles. And the briefing room is stupid.

Gameplay

Some of the puzzles didn’t work. The game master didn’t know the games and the game did not flow at all.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere is nice. They put a lot of money into the rooms but the puzzles don’t make sense.

Customer service

We felt as if we were not being watched at times. When we asked about different puzzles at the end the game master did not know the answers.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. This room was enjoyable, but at times it felt as though we weren’t being watched by a game master. For example, one of the props was broken and unusable, and it was a couple minutes before we were given a new one to keep playing. Overall, a great variety of puzzles.
