Cheesie's Pizza Party

Atmosphere was outstanding - the puzzling was just Ok. A lot of opportunities for hunt fails in a dark and faceted space.

A creative set with a spooky animatronic. There were a couple puzzles I LOVED in here and a few that I didn't care for (it's always frustrating trying to find one...last...thing you need) but overall this was a win. A few puzzles can be very finicky with proper placement of things. I hate that clues are delivered via text but they came quickly.

A super fun room with nods to Five Nights At Freddy’s, or a scary Chuck E Cheese. All of the puzzles fit the room incredibly well, and it had a campy, silly vibe to it while still having a scary rat threatening you. I wish I could play this room again for the first time.

Good escape room was very creative, wish there was more indicators but that could be my lack of brain use overall good would definitely visit again probably best one I’ve been to

Wow. Amazing. A very different type of escape room as far as theming goes. Growing up in the original Chuck E. Cheese era, it was cool to put a party together in this long closed party room. Can’t wait to do the next one here. Amazing!!

Ah, definitely added this to my top 5. I absolutely LOVED this game, a standout in company full of great games. I was living in a Five Nights at Freddy's game with this and took time to enjoy it from beginning to end. Where to start? The set was perfect giving off the sense of an abandoned Showbiz/Chuckie Cheese restaurant where something felt off...The game just flowed beautifully with intuitive puzzles and so well themed. From start to finish, this is just FUN! Sixty to Escape is one of Chicago’s best escape room companies, and like the others, it’s a bit outside the city proper, where you’ll have to drive about 45 minutes from downtown to a mall in Schaumburg. It's absolutely worth the drive and if you are going, be sure to do this room and Lockbuster video. If you have time, add in Arctic and Magic Heist. Heck, just spend the day there and do them all! You'll be glad you did!

Cheesie's was my favorite game at 60 to Escape Schaumburg. It's not as polished as Arctic Expedition or Lockbuster, but I also felt like it was more ambitious in terms of plot and set, and I personally prefer that. There are a couple rough spots, though, and I could easily see another team having a very different and more negative experience with the game than we did. The theme is unusual and something I liked, but this is of course personal preference. There is more search and less light than I'd prefer, though neither bothered me as much as in Jurassic Outpost. Puzzles had quite a range of difficulty, from trivial to somewhat involved.

We had a great time at Cheesie's! The set is a real standout here. Cool progression and multilinear allows for people to work on different things. Lots of searching. Definitely worth a play!!
