The Bank Heist

This room was like a normal escape room with the extra objective of collecting the most amount of money possible. The room itself had great theming but towards the end the bonus puzzles for loot were very complicated as to which puzzle matched up to which lock. And some puzzles used the same clue, which I didn’t expect.

It started well but by the end it just wasn't obvious what clues opened what locks. We didn't have anything to make notes on either which. The theming in the first two rooms was spot on, and enjoyed the final exit moment.

It's an ok room but not great. The premise of the game is good and also having a secondary objective. However it's just combination lock after combination lock. The amount gets confusing and some of the puzzles are more hassle than they are worth. From the 3 we've done with Escape Newcastle this is the best of a bad bunch

Our third room with this company and we were given this room for free. We had two bad experiences prior and left a negative review and were offered a free room in a room of their recommendation. This was that room The room was much better than the previous two rooms and much cleaner but they have a habit of not resetting rooms properly or items being damaged. This room was average. It had some fun moments then lost it in the last room. Puzzles for puzzles sake that had horrid flow. It has such a cool concept but just not executed well :(
