As Chicago’s leading private investigator, you’ve had your run-ins with Mafia enforcer Mickey Malone. However, finding Mickey taking a dirt nap on your office floor and shot by your own gun is a whole new kind of trouble. The Mafia doesn’t take kindly to losing one of their own. With the Mafia after your head and the police hot on your heels, get ready for your hardest challenge yet–because if you can’t crack this case, you won’t escape your office alive.

This was okay, a bit disappointing overall considering we were very excited by the concept of a 3D tabletop game where you can fold the cardboard into an "escape room". But despite a decent story, the puzzles were just okay and often a bit finicky. We surprisingly enjoyed Thinkfun's Dr. Gravely more, even though that was a simpler game.
499 escape rooms
My second favorite of the ThinkFun tabletop escape games (after the haunted dollhouse) but certainly the best in terms of the overall construction and variety of papercraft techniques. Decent puzzles (although sometimes things are a bit hard to see with old eyes) and high production values. The story is comically cliched in the sort of “Johnny Dangerously” version of the Mafia that one only finds in escape rooms, but they do a good enough job of keeping it interesting. Recommended.
