You have been chosen for a remarkable endeavor due to your status as some of the foremost minds in the global scientific community. Our journey began several months ago when an extraordinary breakthrough unfolded within the confines of our research facility. Through relentless dedication, we synthesized an egg using the precious remnants of DNA extracted from the last living dinosaur. The culmination of our efforts was within sight as the egg approached its long-anticipated moment of hatching. However, as dawn broke this morning, an unforeseen crisis engulfed our operation. The condition of the egg, which had been progressing promisingly, suddenly began to deteriorate at an alarming pace. The prospect of losing this singular opportunity to revive an ancient species now looms before us. Regrettably, our current resources and technological prowess are insufficient to address this predicament. Our projections indicate a mere hour left before all is irrevocably lost.

24 escape rooms

The staff were very kind and welcoming, however the rooms were far under my expectations. Of the escape rooms that I have played, this room was the least immersive I have encountered. The story was minimal, the props and decor were minimal and looked barren. The puzzles did not flow clearly, nor did the maglocks often have very clear indicators of having opened up upon success of a puzzle. We had to get numerous clues about puzzle completion due to things not working with clear indicators or working as they should have.

Gameplay

The puzzles were unintuitive and did not flow well. It felt disconnected and when we completed puzzles correctly it did not get us the results we were meant to get without multiple attempts or employee intervention.

Atmosphere

The props that existed were interesting and mostly oriented towards maglocks, but there were minimal props to be found, minimal furniture, and immersion was broken heavily by the lack of ceilings and the experience of hearing everything that happened in neighboring rooms.

Customer service

The staff was very kind and welcoming in our interactions, but did not feel like the game masters were paying attention during play, likely due to them watching from the front desk rather than via an actual GM room setup. The clues were given by asking for help via a walkie-talkie followed by the GM coming into the room to talk to us, which felt like a break in immersion and mostly occurred when we needed them to take a look at a puzzle that wasnt functioning as it should have been.

The puzzles themselves were not difficult, but the flow of puzzle was so unintuitive that we did not understand what was happening.

There is not enough going on to work on or look at at any one point to make it worthwhile to have a larger group. A larger group would leave folks walking around aimlessly with nothing to do.

Fairly physically accessible spatially and had chairs to sit in as needed. Colorblindness is going to hinder you with multiple color-related puzzles.
