Terrible. The worst escape room we have ever done. Gameplay was poorly explained, ambiance is nonexistant (the walls don't enclose the room, only about 3/4 of the way up), GM was utterly disinterested and not familiar with the gameplay enough to give clues.

The worst. No music. You can hear other rooms because the walls don't reach the ceiling.
Customer service
GM didn't know the game well enough to give clues; he wasn't watching where we were in the game and had to come TO the room and enter it to give the clues, breaking the immersive experience and he had to bring the gameplay book with him to know what was happening.
