When I booked on the phone the guy I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I think he was in Cardiff? The Oxford venue is soulless and in poor condition, the game was dull and frustrating. The lion share of the space is locked away for the majority of the game and when you open it, you spend barely any time in it. Really bad design decisions across the board.
Gameplay
The kind of game that thinks not giving you all the pieces is ‘making the game challenging’ instead of ‘wasting your time’.
Atmosphere
Really poor. Soulless reception area, cheap and damaged set in the game.
Customer service
Host had no rizz. The guy on the phone was nice and helpful though.
