Simple but so fun. The staff was overwhelmingly welcoming. This room is perfect for young escapees or new players. Would love a lock but overall excellent :)

Puzzles flowed seamlessly. It was a bit simple but would be excellent for newer players who are still learning! Very logical all mechanics worked flawlessly :)

The owners were so nice and chatted with us about strategy and other rooms in the area. They were so sweet and really made us feel welcomed 💜

All three PuzzleConnect rooms (Candy, Christmas, and Temple) are fantastic, though I really appreciated the unique theme of the Candy Shoppe. You can tell the room was designed with love, and it feels like a boutique experience with beautiful custom decorations and fun puzzles. We were celebrating a special occasion when playing the game, and the staff went out of their way to help us commemorate it

We had a great time in this escape room! The puzzles were diverse and engaging, incorporating fun technology that added an extra layer of excitement—it’s not just a typical lock-and-key room. The design was well thought out—well-lit, with a charming storyline that enhanced the experience. The gameplay was fairly straightforward and linear, which might make it less challenging for seasoned escape artists. We finished in under 40 minutes without any hints, so it’s likely best suited for newer or intermediate players. That said, it was still a positive experience overall, and we’d definitely recommend it!

This was the first room we completed at Puzzle Connect. I loved how bright and colorful the room was. Some puzzles were super easy and others were more detail oriented that required strong observational skills. The room is well cared for and you can tell that the operators closely monitor the rooms for wear and tear and replace worn items regularly so that every player feels like they are the first people to ever play these rooms. We can’t wait for their next room to open.

Another amazing escape room at PuzzleConnect! Christina and Frank created the perfect blend of fun yet challenging in The Candy Shoppe room with unique and immersive theming. Definitely recommend it as your next escape room!

These are some of the best rooms I’ve ever played. JQ, frank, and Christina were the nicest people I’ve met! They welcomed us with open arms and made us feel so special! We look forward to returning in the future! Shoutout to louie for being the cutest pup!

It was such a beautifully thought out room and fun puzzles. It’s a candy lover’s dream! This location is amazing and to make the most of your trip I recommend booking either two or all three escape rooms back to back! Shout out to the owners who take care of their rooms, puzzles and support escape room lovers like myself.

Cute theme! Interactive, fun, nice tech, awesome flow, intuitive. We escaped with over 10 mins to spare as just a group of 2 & no hints ☺️ so, very doable for newer players! Would also be great for families.
