You live in a world of shadows. As a master thief you have no equal and no identity to the world. So, you are surprised to find a mysterious letter has made it’s way to you: I am in need of a certain artifact for a personal project of mine. It’s being held at the Roze Museum, cracked into pieces. The parts on display, I can get to anytime. However, the last is in a hidden, secure safe. That’s the one I need you for. It holds particular value to me, so I guarantee I will be your highest bidder. But I won’t wait forever. I’ve set some things in motion that will give you a small window of time to grab it and get out. After an hour, I’ll assume you got caught or backed out. Good Luck, The Lady of the Hour

This was not a great room. Not very intuitive or interesting puzzles. Had us confused and turned around too much. Room was too reliant on using the "phone" for far, far too many elements for the room. Room runner was okay, but want articulate or clear when introing the room so we wasted a lot of time on clues that didn't matter (because another room is in this same room? A whole pirate ship that we didn't need?), and ignoring the phone because it was introduced as our whiteboard, and essential clues to start the room were on the phone. All in all, leaving disappointed.

Gameplay

Clues and puzzles were clunky. There wasn't a time where I felt excited to solve or unlock something. Story didn't really align with our puzzling experience either.

Atmosphere

Fine. Didn't understand certain set choices, and wished that what we didn't need was clearly marked.

Customer service

Staff was nice, just wish that their intro had more clarity and diction. No ask to take a photo at the end, no enthusiasm to get us back to play again.

Story

Fine. Wish it was more clear. Didn't like the "double cross" at the end.

Difficulty

Medium

Nothing was hard, but nothing was intuitive. Needed hints to move us along, because we felt lost on where to look next. I feel like it didn't follow the A+B=C logic that most rooms follow I didn't like how reliant the game was on all the phone functions.

A little of both.
