When we first arrived, they tried charging us for my granddaughter. Who’s only four years old. Even though I was told on the phone multiple times that she was free. Every single lock in the room was almost broken. The worker had to come in three times just to open things that we had already figured out, but it was “finicky”. It was honestly a waste of money also at the end when we got into the second room, she kind of pushed us into the second room, even though we weren’t ready to go over there because she had to reset it for another group to come in while we were still in the second room meaning that they’re just trying to get you in and out they don’t even care if you pass it the game masters at this place or not in it for the fun of the game they’re in it for the money. There was no TV screen or anything to keep our time and to get hints. There was a baby monitor that was used as communication between us and the game master, which didn’t even work if you touched it wrong it got unplugged.
