Played this game VIP with a group of 10, mix of enthusiasts and family. We knew not to expect a typical escape experience, but this room disappointed for too many reasons. The "actor" in the room was barely in character and mostly yelled very obvious hints at us that we specifically asked not to receive. It got to the point where they were yelling hints while we actively were inputting solutions. Being rushed through each room really ruined the immersion and ability to appreciate the wonderfully designed sets and ambience. There's also some hazards like hard to see level changes, and many of the noise effects are WAY too loud. Overall not a great experience, but possibly worth it for Saw fans and general tourists. I wouldn't recommend it for escape fans, and I definitely wouldn't want to pay full price.

Great set design, great sound design—— with the huge caveat of needing to turn the volume down majorly. There were more than a few metal crashes that were more than harmful to our ears. My ears were ringing as I left the room. The gameplay is stale as the hints and guides are insistent. We specifically asked for less hints, only to have our hands held between every puzzle. Don’t come to Las Vegas to do this room. We paid $470 on a Groupon, but the actual price for the room with ten people is almost $1000. The gameplay is a waste of time. The set isn’t good enough to earn the price tag.
The worst part of the experience. We were hand held from room to room despite asking the guides to stop. This is not an issue with staff— they are trained to do this.
The set is the best part of the room. Clearly, a lot of resources were poured into this room. The design of the room is better experienced via photo, rather than paying money to come to Las Vegas.
Front of house staff was very committed. The guide in our room unnecessarily screamed when solving puzzles to jumpscare us artificially. It was extremely frustrating and he would not listen to our requests for him to stop.

Sudden extremely loud sounds (90+ decibels), plenty of gore and viscera, and a few tense situations that involve putting your body in scary (but not dangerous) situations.

Poorly executed. Confusing. Poor puzzles, felt pushed through. Great set.

Great production of props and rooms but fell short in the puzzle design and execution. Lots of black light and treasure hunting.

Not good at all... Color-based puzzles in lighting so dark that multiple colors look identical (and they won't help you distinguish), no logical puzzle flow even within each "challenge", necessary audio cues were muffled/garbled/unintelligible (and when you scream "can you repeat that"... they just don't...), a lock which didn't work even after putting in the right code many times, a complete time waster of a puzzle toward the end which actually didn't even require you to do what they said you had to do... Maybe some would like the set pieces as an interactive experience, but it's terrible as an escape room. If you just have to do this, go in with 6 or more people so you can spread out...and maybe one of you has superhuman vision and can read in the dark!
Fine. I didn't see the movies, so no reference. Not on the same level as the company's other experiences.
Actor was good, and I do feel bad that he could easily see we were not having a good time. He helped repeat to us what the audio said in the rooms that he was present (he won't be in every room and no help comes via speakers).

This place had so much potential and we anticipated the experience to be stellar. Sadly, that was the furthest from the truth. For the amount of money we paid for a private experience for 3 people, I wish I could go back and talk us out of it. The props and decor were spot on and the acting was pretty good too. But it really felt we were being rushed through the room(s) with zero care about the experience. We read someone enjoying it because it felt like it was a haunted house, but that isn’t what we came for. We came for an escape room experience and hardly got that. We don’t mind a spooky factor nor do we mind difficult puzzles but these were much more than that. Some of these were impossible under the conditions and amount of time we were given. Even with a larger group - some of these puzzles were unclear and impossible. There are also some hazards (like a surprise step causing a stumble) which isn’t super smart when fear is an added element. We were really just thoroughly disappointed and urge much more thought in purchasing if you haven’t done so.

Such a let down. I was really excited to play this game and the art work and set is truly breathtaking. However the puzzle theory and ‘live actor’ were below standard. The actor was so bad I assumed he was just a staff member in the room meaning to guide you. I won’t name names to be unkind, but he was truly terrible. It was also hampered by being a non-private experience just meant the team work side of the game suffered too.
I think the game was fine, unfortunately it not being a private experience meant that we were in a group we didn’t know so the communication and team work was hard to navigate. The puzzles weren’t great either.
The set was truly extraordinary I only wish the game play matched its standards.

Hard
I’m not sure if it was hard or badly designed? Either way it wasn’t fun.

The actor was so bad I assumed he was just an employee in the room until at the end we were asked to tip the actor?! He was so uninterested
