Hide and Squeak - A Squirrely Adventure

Although this game is very easy, it's also very cute and polished. I'd most recommend it for kids or beginners, but even our group of 5 enthusiasts had a blast (and crushed it on time). All of Exit Strategy's other games are pretty linear, but Hide and Squeak is extremely parallelizable. Despite being this, it was always clear where to enter answers, which was very satisfying. This room is basically peak gen 1 mechanical design to me. If you want a lot of hard puzzles, look elsewhere - talking to the GM afterwards, they mentioned that Exit Strategy aims for a 100% success rate, so all their games are on the easy side. If you want something whimsical and fun, this is a great choice.

Great beginner/family game. Multiple rooms with cute fluffy squirrels! The puzzles were simple yet entertaining. Our daughter had a blast and helped solve most of the puzzles.

If you wanna experience a Gen 1 room with a lot to do then this is it. This room brings me back to the good ole days having to solve puzzles and crack open some locks. It still has a really funny story and I mean who doesn’t love squirrels in sweaters 🐿️ ❤️ 🛌. My only issue with the game was that I feel like the wage for squirrel sitting should be a little more 💰 💵 🤑

Entertaining room but VERY easy. Great room to play off it’s your first time or taking a group of kids.

Very fun and well laid out room. Did not appreciate the game master giving unsolicited hints.

Pretty easy game, but great for kids or families. Non-linear with lots of puzzles. Cute story and fun game.

Really easy really fun, every puzzle was self explanatory so would recommend for family groups with kids !!
