I was hesitant to play this room because I had only ever heard negative things, between customer testimony at the escape room I work at and the other reviews right here on Morty. My expectations were blown away from the very beginning. For starters, in typical Escape Room Cleveland fashion, the room looks amazing the second you walk in. I don't usually like submarine/Titanic/ship type escape rooms, but this one was probably the most immersive one I've done out of about 5. One of the other things that put this above the other submarine themed rooms is that this one actually had unique puzzles. Whether they were puzzles I was familiar with but have never seen in escape rooms, or original concepts I've never seen anywhere, all of them were enjoyable. While there was one puzzle not working and another one being somewhat touchy, I didn't know the former until after the game ended and the puzzle (which they said is hardly ever not working) would've made the room even better. While the room is certainly difficult, their game master and I agreed that having an experienced group (you do need at least three people to complete one of the puzzles!) will lead to less frustration, I was able to appreciate it objectively due to having a good group of people. All things considered, this is a top 10 room out of 36 for me at the time of writing. Great puzzles, great design, and overall genuine fun.
While I have found that some game masters are friendlier than others here, the game master that we had was awesome. He was very friendly from beginning to end and was more than willing to answer our questions.

While the submarine theme can be found in a lot of escape rooms, this one had a nearly complete set of original puzzles that I've very rarely seen in escape rooms before.

High tech
This room falls somewhere in the middle. There are a fair amount of locks and keys, but also good use of screens, audio, and lighting effects too.

Three is required to solve one puzzle without the help of a game master. I think 4 is great for all escape rooms.

This is the answer I give for all games, but I definitely think it's important here because it is on the trickier side.

One puzzle was not currently working in the room, but the game master was apologetic and assured us that they were on top of the issue. As an escape room game master, I understand and appreciate their diligence. The room was still excellent without the puzzle in play.

It is required to climb a set of stairs to get to the room. The room itself though is mostly flat surfaces, and I can't remember for certain if there was a step up into one of the rooms. I believe there was.

3/10 Cons-Parking lot has HUGE potholes and the first impressions in the building were depressing. I can see what they were going for, but sadly just was not fun. Only took a few puzzles to beat the room, and was more tedious than anything, somewhat felt as if it was to stall time. One of the puzzles ( if you do this room you will know the exact one im talking about), was so incredibly annoying/frustrating because the tool you are supposed to use just refuses to cooperate and you will be forced to use a hint to just get the answer. Pros - The staff was super nice!
Gameplay was sadly lacking.
You can see someone put some thought into the design and actually tried to make it look good!
Staff was super nice!

A child would likely be bored as some puzzles require being able to reach high + some puzzles are so frustrating that a child would give up within minutes.
