The room itself is good. Even though I didnβt escape, the puzzles were interesting. I just absolutely HATE the idea that strangers can book the same session as you. We got stuck with a random family and I couldnβt work the way I wanted to and had to entertain the childβs ideas so that she felt included.

An absolute delight. As an avid Indiana Jones fan, I was absolutely thrilled! Mindtrap does an excellent job of moving players from one location in the story to the next with each room. No two rooms are the same within any of their experiences, and the Temple of Doom is no exception. Snakes, creepy crawlies, Indian temples and iconography abound; this room blew me away. It is an escape experience starring exceptional puzzles and aesthetics, and their satisfying cohesion. Temple of Doom is one of my favorites at The Big Banana, and it is well worth the drive. Take your fedora and sense of adventure!
It was such an epic experience. From a professorβs office to the jungles of India in search of three mystical stones, you jump from one puzzle to the next with extreme thematic pleasure.
Itβs as if Harrison Ford himself was due to bust through the door at any moment β extremely immersive, a tonne of fun and worth cracking a whip at.
GM was responsive with clues and clarifications as needed.

Theming was mind-boggling. Each room was drastically different from its predecessor, and the puzzles were embedded authentically within the experience.
Just like its titular namesake, the Temple of Doom has a well-defined story that develops across all rooms.
