Had a few technical issues but the staff was super nice throughout. Definitely a linear room. Sometimes the next step wasn't very intuitive or clever which meant we had more help than I have needed in similar rooms. You also may need a better working memory than me to solve some of the puzzles because they don't provide paper/dry erase like most other rooms might

It was often unclear what to do with a code since there's very few keypads or locks

I thought this was a good room. It was challenging. The staff was super nice! we technically did not escape in time but we're right at the last puzzle so they gave us a couple extra mins to solve it.
