Our most physical game, where strategy and skill really play a role. Your physical shape doesn't matter, what does matter is if you are willing to give it your all.

Abduction 5 Versus by Abduction España is a unique experience and the tenth stop on our escape room tour in Spain. It’s not a traditional escape room but a 60-minute competition where your group is split in two teams, featuring a mix of mental and physical challenges. Physical conditioning is a plus if you want a better chance of winning, but it’s accessible to all. There’s no real story, but the competitive format makes it a fun and different activity. Recommended for both experienced and newbie players looking to try something out of the ordinary!

Abduction 5 is interesting, but not really what I'd consider an escape room. It's a team-vs-team task challenge, with a mix of physical and mental tasks. My heartrate was definitely up after finishing the game. Here's the thing, though: The room is basically a metal container with some interactive elements on the walls, there's no padding anywhere and I'm pretty sure someone is eventually going to get injured. We were OK (albeit bruised), but I could easily imagine someone landing wrong and twisting an ankle or even breaking a bone during some of the physical challenges. I would be hesitant to recommend the game unless you're at least somewhat athletic (or are uncompetitive enough that you don't feel the need to try to push your limits). We played the game in English and had no problems. Note: I haven't played any of the other Abductions so can't compare.
