I really enjoyed this game. Aside from a couple small blunders on our part for not finding a hidden thing, the puzzles flowed very nicely and were fun to work through. I enjoyed that the puzzles fit the world of the game and progressed the story as opposed to just solving a series of unrelated puzzles in a themed room.

Rating: 4/5 - Surprisingly fun! A standout room in greater Lafayette. Here's why I enjoyed it so much: -Set was immersive with lots of details and customized props, everything was well decorated from floor to ceiling -Puzzles were fun, varied, had good flow, and they all fit the theme -Cool use of LED lighting -Lots of tech based puzzles mixed with a few padlocks -There was a clear goal with some funny moments -The GM comes into the room briefly as a character and it made us laugh -More than 1 room -Difficulty felt about right for our group, not overly easy or hard, though I wish the room was a bit longer -The GM was helpful when needed, we also talked to the owner who is very friendly I'd recommend a team of 2-4 players. My ranking of the rooms I've played here starting with my favorite. 1. Barrel of Lies 2. Olympus 3. The Trials of Oz (only good for 1-2 players) 4. Sherlock vs. The Ripper 5. Masquerade Manor

We took a trip to Lafayette to play 3 rooms (at two companies) and this was our favorite. The story was really funny - you’re sneaking into a rival winery to sabotage them, armed with a couple items you need to use to break their machinery or trade out. There was also a live actor (with bad eyesight) that would come in the room periodically to make sure everything was good and you needed to hide / freeze so he wouldn’t see you. It was a fun storyline and cute touches that made it a memorable experience. The puzzles themselves were pretty intuitive, for the most part, and there was enough puzzles happening at once to keep most of our 5-person party busy. We were also 10 seconds from making the leaderboard, but we had fun!

There’s a point where you need to crawl, but once someone does they unlock a door. If this is an issue, I’m sure there’s some way to trigger the door by itself.
