FAVORITE ROOM OF ALL TIME! This is a 4th generation escape room with interactive technology and more immersive elements than ever. We went right when the room opened and WOW definitely an amazing experience that every escape room, space cadet, future lover should experience. It's very different from Gen-1 and Gen 2 escape rooms-- think of it more like Disney's Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run as an escape room adventure! We cannot recommend this room enough! Let's just say there's also an element of surprise decision making at the end that feels just like a movie ending.
Net-new and novel concepts that we have never experienced over 20+ escape rooms. This is first if its kind and definitely a first-class experience.
Fully immersive experience, really well designed and thought out to feel like you're on a space ship (or at least a really well designed movie set).

We didn't think this room was particular 'hard' even though it's rated as 7/10 from Escape Game because we're techies/engineers and the puzzles are very logical and well designed. They got every single element of this room right with enough hints and clues so the players (even the young kids) were not frustrated and enough elements to keep the game moving.
High tech
So much goodness going on here! It was clear that they used sensors (moisture, sound, light, etc) that we've never experienced in other rooms before.

We went with 3 adults and 3 elementary school kids. There was enough elements to involve everyone and enough responsive feedback to keep the kids engaged and solving the puzzles.

This is a favorite TEG escape room to date! It’s so hard to choose since the standard of the production value and puzzle value is so high. The set makes you feel like you're aboard a space station. All of the puzzles were thematic, high-tech, and tactile (I don't remember a single traditional letter/number lock). The only downside here is parking. Our group of 8 did this room on a Sunday afternoon, the weekend before Christmas. It was hard to find parking but once we were there, they were as accommodating as they could be to get us in the room! I would recommend 4 people at least for this room. This is definitely a room to play.

Cosmic Crisis is definitely an escape room that you’ll “gravitate” towards. (See what I did there? lol). If you’re looking for a fun, interactive space adventure, this is the one for you. It’s “out of this world”! Okay, enough with my puns! This Escape Room blew me away between the set design, the lighting and sounds, the props, and the use of technology and screens. What makes the Escape Game itself unique as well is that the company allows you to take pictures and videos in their rooms, so my team and I got some great footage which made the escape room even more fun, interactive, and memorable to look back on. We had a group of 4, and it was the perfect amount for how intricate this room was where we really had to rely on our communication skills, teamwork, and coordination. You could easily complete this room with 3-4 players, 2 players would be a fun challenge, but 1 player may be a little physically demanding because of one large puzzle that you would have to complete, so beware of that. This escape room was well taken care of. No wear-and-tear in our game, and everything worked properly. The “mission” itself was straightforward and was in a linear format. I would highly recommend this escape room to anyone for the amount of “a-ha!” moments, theming, and puzzle reveal satisfactions.
The gameplay was fun and satisfying. This was a linear room, so everything flowed really well! The puzzles were high tech and involved the use of screens, which made you immersed in the story and atmosphere as well.
I truly felt like we were on a space ship with a mission! Through the lighting, sounds, use of screens, and high tech puzzles, you were highly immersed. There was even one part where I didn’t actually think a clue would work, and let’s just say things got a little “slippery.” lol.

I would say it depends on the amount of players. Ideally, 2-3 would be the best because of the physical space. We had a team of 4, and we were able to accomplish our mission, but we had to step over each other a few times.

This was the newest room at The Escape Game, and the newest location in SoCal as of recently. Being that this room is based in "space", the puzzles were a bit more high tech. This is also one of their harder rooms, so some puzzles required a little more thought - though not too difficult when you actually find what correlates to your next puzzles. This one was also not exactly linear, so you didn't need to entirely find everything in order. Enjoyed the gameplay! I only did this with my husband, and we got through this fairly quickly.
Quite fun! Enjoyed the gameplay, and it flowed well.
Very welcoming and excited staff.

I actually enjoyed the different elements to the puzzles in this game. It was pretty different than your Gen 1 lock and key gameplay.
Everything integrated pretty well.

One of the puzzles didn't work properly so the operator had to move us past that puzzle before my husband and I got too frustrated with each other for thinking we were doing something wrong, lol. This puzzle ate up so much of our time...

Not really.
The space could be a bit tight for a wheelchair in one of the rooms.

Another solid game at escape game, very immersive and makes you feel like you’re in a space ship. This room just made a lot of sense to me and all the puzzles eventually clicked for me. Very pleased with the experience

With this being the newest addition to this franchise, it was top notch. The intro set the bar high and the puzzles were different and challenging. Our specific GM, Leslie, was great along with the staff who we spoke with beforehand sprinkled the room with a little extra special for our group. (Also got a beanie which featured the mascot, Cosmo, who I now love).

Solid TEG quality 😀 Family friendly room, multilinear. Unfortunately for us, even though the game itself is pretty new, there were signs of wear and tear already. One part fell off of its hinge, and a large part toward the end got jammed, before we started the room. Everything else ran smoothly!

Definitely feels like what you'd think a spaceship would. The puzzles are super interesting and definitely enjoyable.
It was such a fun game
Very immersive and definitely had a lot of cool gadgets

We did it with 2, definitely think a puzzle we solved would have been easier with 3 or even 4 people
