41 escape rooms
Good room, great theming, good elements which had links to a certain famous wizard book/film which we loved. Multi-room elements worked well, some unique elements we had not seen before in previous rooms, really enjoyed!
Gameplay
Good flow, good elements, techy bits, though some I believe to be GM controlled but worked well.
Atmosphere
Set design was good, some elements may need odd touch ups (some wires visible, odd bits of tape used to hold bits up, a screen wasn’t working but GM worked around fine)
Customer service
GM was good, was already running a room on arrival. Once he was ready to set us up in room it was fine, asked us the right questions about how experienced etc we are, observant when we had bits of mind blanks. It was found that room had an issue with something left in the wrong place, he made it work for us and apologised, after the game we have a good chat and he also apologised again and sent us a code for a discount.

I know the theme is used in quite a few locations but we haven’t done many and I think it worked really well, some elements not seen before like the use of a couldron
