Our group loved this room!! It was fun to be separated in the beginning and have to work your way toward each other again. Tons of space and rooms and details and super solid puzzles - we were stumped a few times but overall loved the experience! Thankfully no loud music and there was just enough light to see plus we got flashlights this time which is super helpful to those of us who have old eyesight! Loved the teamwork aspect and ending was even better and more fun than we expected! Sam the game master was friendly and fun from beginning to end. Love!! Only bummer was the group before us broke some elements in the game so we waited for over an hour in the waiting room (about 15 minutes past our start time I had to wander back to the office and ask what the problem was), finally someone came out to explain the issue and thankfully they fixed it and no one was in the room after us so we could still play but we waited over an hour and never once got offered a partial refund or future discount on other rooms. Felt the staff should have been better about that. Also lobby/waiting room area and bathrooms were not very clean or well stocked. I understand they're busy on weekends but soap in the restroom is important!!
