This was a much more standard and polished room than Organized Chaos. With 4 experienced people, it was a little short, though during the game it felt like a good density of puzzles. There seemed like more parallelization than an average game, so potentially good for larger groups (though of course then people won't get to see things).
One of the props towards the end was very fiddly to get working - we knew exactly what we wanted to do, did it, and nothing happened. Even after the GM confirmed we were doing the right thing, it still took us a bit to get it to work. This isn't the sort of difficulty that's fun.
Another broken thing was a "stained glass" light panel - although this was explained away in-game as the apothecary being old, nothing else was really damaged, so it felt out of place. And apparently it's been broken for years, which contributes to the feeling that the company isn't prioritizing repairs.
With 4 experienced players, we breezed through the room, but it also felt like I didn't see half the puzzles. With a smaller group, we probably still would have gotten out on time but been able to see more of it.
