We loved Ongyi’s Dream! Following a cat trying to join the Zodiac was very cute and a fun journey! The puzzles flowed nicely and each space was used well! There is a push forward and lock out to load another team in behind but we never felt rushed. The final sequence is very cute and made us chuckle!

Such a cute and fun story, and definitely the best room we visited in Seoul that had English options. It is beautifully decorated, with lots of puzzles, so we barely finished with our team of two.

The recently TERPECA-nominated ‘Ongyi’s Dream’ is a shining star in the cluster of English-accessible escape rooms in Seoul. Well-deserving of its nomination, ‘Ongyi’s Dream’ offers a gorgeous set of rooms with an adorable and unique narrative set within Korean culture. That being said, the central theme has touch points in most Asian cultures and the West, so it is very accessible, even for foreigners. As Deepthinker want to keep the premise relatively secret, no further revelations can be shared regarding the narrative—but I can say that it is a beautiful story that complements the run of rooms ‘Ongyi’s Dream’ takes place in. It’s a puzzle-dense game, and as a team of 2 it took us most of the 65 minutes to complete the game. We did take our time, but chose to speed up once we realised how much more of the the game existed ahead. ‘Ongyi’s Dream’ offers the best English accessibility in Seoul, and stands out as of the best English escape rooms in Korea.

This was my first international escape room and it did not disappoint! Very foreigner friendly, all hints were given in English. Was able to pay when I got to the location day of my reservation. Puzzles were moderate difficulty and the mechanic of the room was very good, lots of things to do. Must do in Hongdae area! We had just 2 people - 3 would’ve been perfect for us
