The production of this experience was amazing! The exterior of the building looking like Ray's Occult Books was simply stellar. They even had a display of flyers in the doorway like an actual bookstore. Everything from the props, costuming, set design, and the flow of the maze made the experience an absolute blast. I'm very happy I got to experience it.

I personally didn't find it very scary, but Ghostbusters in general isn't a scary franchise.

If ypu have kids that enjoy haunted attractions, they'll love this. I'd also say it's a good middle ground between spooky and scary for those who scare a bit more easily.
