Haunted Motel

Had a really fun time with this one! A brand new room in a brand new venue and it definitely didn't disappoint. The Haunted Motel sets an eerie scene without ever taking itself too seriously with plenty of fun puzzles and laughs to be had along the way. A reasonably small space there is still plenty to look at and discover, I would say that there could be more puzzles added to really pad the 60-minute time frame but it's my understanding that there's plans to add more content over the coming months. Not as many red herrings as Airline Hijack but still a couple that felt unnecessary. Had a big chat to Alem and Sharnya post-game who were lovely and always open to feedback. Looking forward to the Mad Magician!

If you make a phone call from a spooky motel, does anyone hear it? This question and more can be answered if you play this room! A fun, slightly spooky room with a good assortment of puzzles and a well designed set Haunted Motel was my pick of the two rooms currently open at Escape House. The flow was nice with some funny moments and some eerie vibes, fun was had by all. Definitely on the easier side but still a couple of trickier puzzles that keep you on your toes throughout. Again, a very fresh room with more additions to come over time I'm sure it'll only get better.
