Frustrating. We paid full price for this room even though it wasn’t finished. We shouldn’t have had to pay anything as we were clearly testing the room for the owner given that it wasn’t completed. Parts of the room were not reset correctly, others did not flow well. It was incredibly underwhelming and we escaped with half the time left. There was one puzzle you did not need to solve and could guess your way out of. Very much a home-made room. While the owner has good ideas, the room is not well produced and lacks a cohesive storyline. We felt awful for the employee who was clearly being trained getting berated as we entered. If this is how the employees are treated I can’t see them lasting long. Owner was rude and experience was not enjoyable. Do yourself a favour and go to Escapology.
