It's advertised as high tech. It is not even close to that. There are some unique puzzles and the design is good, but there was not much tech. And the quality of everything was very bad. Like worst I've ever seen bad. Many elements were dangling from the wall or held together with packing tape. At NYC prices, this is not a facility we will be returning to.

Would not recommend. It was hard to see, even using my phone as a flashlight the entire time, everything inside the room was falling apart or looked cheap. The staff member was very nice.

It was linear. The puzzles weren't awful, but everything around them, the props, the decor, that was used with the puzzles were shoddy.

It calls itself the highest tech escape room(s) in NYC.... Which is ridiculous. Very shoddy, things are falling apart, we had to jiggle the last clue around for awhile until it clicked. It was 'low lighting' so we had to use our phones the whole time.

Had a terrible experience here since there was only one employee working that day. It wasn't his fault with all the groups he had to take care of alone, but we didn't get any help/hints and our room wasn't set up properly so we bypassed a whole part of the room. The puzzles we did work through were meh and the room felt outdated so we left early since we weren't having a good time.

I wasn’t a fan of a few of the puzzles and there was an error in the music that made a beeping noise (low battery?) play every few minutes or so which got old fast. Not my favorite experience

The room is so rundown. The set is just… not good. There was 1 or 2 puzzles a room, the last puzzle is really fun, but the rest of it was… eh. They need to spruce up the room immensely. I also hate when rooms are dark to make them harder.

This room is extremely well conceived, and refreshingly large in scope (you have 70 minutes to escape). It’s noticeably linear, though that’s not been a problem for me necessarily. We had a slow start given that we were overthinking and not looking hard enough…but then we were smooth sailing from there mostly. Once you get past the beginning, clues all make sense enough. Room needs sprucing to be really great (i.e. repairs, paint, check on wiring and lighting effects, and much better dry erase markers
