Did the scary version. Was incredible with a mix of scary, fun and humorous throughout all 5 of the rooms. Loved the concept and how the owners vision was brought to life with its set up. Can’t wait to see what’s made next!

Such a great escape room - I loved it!!!!

Mrs Claws was a spooky festive delight. Fans of bespoke escape rooms and haunted houses will find their niche here. The horror-averse need not despair as this game offers customisation to cater to your scare threshold (even if it's zero). There is a herculean effort pulled off by the scare actor and I recommend you fully buy into it to enjoy the broad scope of camp and horror on offer. The passion behind this game's design is on full display and I very much look forward to seeing what Strange World's next experience will offer.

This was truly one of the best escape experiences I have ever had. I signed us up for the most scary level. I think there were three levels: one for children, one which was medium and ours, which was "bring it on!" Sooo good! Soooo scary! We had the best time, although I think one of the party might still be in therapy...sorry Y! The escape room itself was like a maze of rooms perfectly in theme, with constant jump scares and lots of different puzzles to solve in each area. I particularly enjoyed the personalisation. Being the "quiet" one of the group I was well and truly targeted and I gotta say, it was a dream come true. It felt like I was in my own escape room and it was all about me. Amazing! ❤️ I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who wants fun and just a little horror. Perfect mix Will and Tanner....can't wait for the next installment...send in the clowns!

After hearing about Strange World and the growing popularity of their inaugural room, Mrs. Claws, we were nothing short of excited to give it a try. Even though Christmas was long over and we were well into January, this room still delivered a festive and immersive experience that held up exceptionally well. From the moment we walked in, we were transported by the music, the scent of gingerbread, and the overall theming, which perfectly captured a blend of fun Christmas vibes with a creepy twist. The production value was outstanding. From the cozy wooden cabin atmosphere to the colourful objects, twinkling lights, and eerie props and ornaments, every detail aligned seamlessly with the Christmas horror theme. It was clear that a great deal of thought and effort had gone into the room’s design. The puzzles offered a nice variety, all fitting well with the theme and story. Opting for the scariest version of the experience, we encountered some well-executed jump scares that kept us on edge throughout. The room featured multiple areas and crawl spaces, plus an exciting and memorable final section. However, while these sections were cleverly designed, they weren’t particularly large, so our group of seven occasionally felt a bit cramped. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with how Tanner and Will have pulled off their first room. Mrs. Claws showcases their creativity and attention to detail, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for Strange World Escape Rooms!

My wife and i completed Mrs Claws today and we loved it! Tanner and Will have put a lot of love, effort and creativity into this room and it shows. The room itself is half escape room and half haunted house. My wife wasn't keen on some of the scares so they actually toned down the scares and gave us a safe word, which was highly appreciated. We was afraid that we would have to share the room with other people, which was mentioned in a previous review, but we reached out via email before booking and we were told that was something they did for a short period when they first opened and that each booking is now 100% private. There are some pretty unique puzzles and heaps of scares along the way. I believe the room is only open for a couple more months before they take it down and open a new room. You should definitely check it out before then!

It felt like the room had been crafted by seasoned professionals who truly understand the art of storytelling and puzzle design. We opted for the scariest version, and they delivered on the thrills! The tension and atmosphere were perfectly balanced, making for a heart-pounding yet fun experience. Having completed over 80 escape rooms myself, I can confidently say this room stands out as a masterpiece. It’s not just good—it’s potentially the best I’ve ever done. To Strange World Escape Rooms: Bravo! You’ve set a new standard, and I can’t wait to see what you come up with next. For anyone considering this room—don’t hesitate. It’s an unforgettable experience.
