298 escape rooms
Due to its Terpeca ranking, I had very high hopes for this one. The atmosphere was great - it really felt like a spaceship, and the technology used was top notch. Where I struggled was with the puzzles. I understand that the theme lends itself to more computer/screen-based puzzles, and that is ok. But many of the puzzles required repeating a puzzle through three stages - it felt a little repetitive. The minimum on the website says 3, and we were only 2. I know that could have affected our experience, but there were often 3 tasks that had to be done, and they could have been done simultaneously. If we had more people, then we would miss out on doing one of the tasks. But of course, it would have allowed us to escape more quickly. As with their other rooms, the service was outstanding. And the format of being cast in a film is very creative. All-in-all I recommend all three of the rooms at Clap Escape, but the puzzles here just weren’t for me.
