Not as good as their other rooms. All recorded instructions are hard to understand due to the accent. Instructions for second part with too long and required visuals. Fun elements and set design.

I had such good fun with this game. There were some really good challenges coupled with awesome set design. I can imagine regular players might find this game overwhelming but if you play a lot of rooms itβs really good fun.

There was a point in the game that was a sort of βfinal bossβ mode. Which totally levels up the game play.

What you would expect from a zombie/outbreak theme, but it was nice and clear from the get go what the objective was.

The set design is still top-notch; the 'Train to Busan' theme is very cool and attractive. The NPC chasing was fun and not too scary for us. There were fewer puzzles compared to 'Motel Betty,' and there were too many padlocks.

Cant believe how disappointing this room was, im going to go on a rant because i have a lot to say for starters, the staff only gives you 75 min for the room, not 90. but the room really should be 120 min long because theres SO much to do. so why take away 15 min even though its advertised as 90? iβll come back to this The room is horribly littered with unnecessary cut scenes that eat up too much of your time, and loud audio descriptions that annoy you or are just overall unhelpful (and are borderline offensive) the puzzles mostly consist of a keypad and entering in a number, which is ridiculously juvenile considering the lengths you have to go to in order to understand and decipher the code needed. the puzzles arent just boring, theyre also difficult in all the worst ways. there are a few puzzles that are interesting but nothing at all that stands out. which is a shame because the theme-ing of this room is fantastic (not a spoiler) theres one part where you have to watch a LONG video to tell you how to complete a puzzle, but its so long with so many instructions that it isnt helpful and it defeats the purpose, not to mention you LITERALLY are being told the answer, it makes it all feel pointless and thats what clicked with me, no wonder they only give you 75 min - they keep the last 15 to walk you through the entire rest of the game because NO ONE IS COMPLETING IT this is easily the worst room at Omventure (both locations), which is fine because they have a TON of great rooms but this one needs serious work. my group and i went within the first month of this room release so im sure it needs more feedback, but this room clearly was not tested enough it needs to be 120 min long, 1/3 of the puzzles need to be ENTIRELY removed and the other 2/3 need to be refined (not simpler, just refined). the atmosphere overall is fine but also isnβt anything to write home about. i had hoped for better but it is what it is 2/10 - i wouldnt recommend this room until SERIOUS changes are made. at the moment the room sucks, but it has so much potential to be something great

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your experience with this room didnβt meet your expectations. To clarify one of your main concerns: Z Express is a 90 minute escape room. Groups are given 75 minutes to complete the puzzles. If the group does not finish solving the puzzles within this time, a Game Master will come in to walk the group through the rest of the puzzles, bringing them to the final sequence. This final sequence lasts about 15 minutes. We have designed our debriefs this way to ensure that all groups still get to experience the escape roomβs conclusion, which is arguably one of the best parts of this room. Without this debrief taking place after the 75 minutes, not all customers would be able to see the ending. We understand why this might seem like a loss of time inside of the escape room, but we can assure you that all groups get all 90 minutes of their experience, plus some additional time that the debrief takes up. Weβre also sorry to hear that you found the puzzles challenging. We do offer unlimited hints, so our Game Masters are always available to help if you get stuck!
