Camera dei Segreti [Chambers of Secrets]

We did this room as a team of two, which I like to believe increased the difficulty for us a bit. There are a lot of puzzles and the room is pretty good sized. Pros: logical, largely linear puzzle play, generally good way finding, all the puzzles and props were well aligned with the storyline. Beautiful and immersive room. Great tech. Cons: our game master didn’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian so the initial briefing was a bit challenging and done through the translate app. We found at least one puzzles English translation to be confusing and took a while to sort it out. Some of the doors or mechanisms opening were not obvious or they were sticky and broke the two finger rule so we’d wander about wasting time. Overall I’d recommend this room. It was still a lot of fun
