The Knight's Quest

While the room itself was a decent design, the puzzles weren't super exciting, and our GM didn't help the experience. I don't know if he was overwhelmed, but he seemed a little annoyed that he was at work. He wasn't really helpful in the room and we had to ask a couple of times before receiving a clue. I also didn't like the fact that he played the safety video in the lobby while other groups were coming out of their room. I just thought that was unprofessional AND we couldn't really hear or pay attention to the video because the other groups were loud. We were also just put in the room with an, "Ok, here you go" attitude. I probably wouldn't return to try any other rooms.

Lots of puzzles and all logical. Only two traditional locks. Kept a group of 4 busy and some unique puzzles we haven’t seen before.

Well themed room with some non traditional puzzles which we both enjoyed. We were working on the last puzzle and ran out of time but they nicely gave us 2 more min to finish

This is the 3rd location / 3rd room we've done with this company, and every room has been solid so far. The decor and storyline here were good, and the puzzles were challenging but fun. We seemed to know when we were still missing pieces to certain puzzles, so we didn't get too hung up on anything. Our group of 2 had to ask for only 1 hint, and it was because we were overlooking something we had already seen and noted, but totally forgot about due to something covering it up.

We decided to take our Nephews to their first ever escaperoom, the Knight's Tale, and it was a good room. The puzzles were challenging, but not ridiculous and unlike many of their previous rooms, this one was immersion. Amazing Escaperoom is a great start company. You can play most of their rooms and feel like games are fun, and then you move on to more immersion companys. This room, however, is their start of progressing to the next level. I haven't been their in a few years now, but I hope they continue to expand into a more immersion style of game play. Go give this room a shot, the realm needs brave knights!
