Sweet Escape

Rating: 3/5 - Cute and enjoyable for a small town room Pros: ➕Decent variety of puzzles, doesn't do anything illogical or unfair ➕Had some basic tech, it was more than just padlocks ➕Theming/set was appropriate with many fun little props, especially considering the small town budget. ➕More than a single room to explore ➕GM was helpful and friendly Room for improvement: ➖Sound proofing was lacking, I could easily hear the other room's GM talking to their team which was distracting ➖Having multiple cut-up paper puzzles was a bit repetitive ➖Some puzzles felt random didn't quite fit the theme I recommend teams of 2-3 enthusiasts. Between this room and Dragon's Fury, I preferred Dragon's.

Fun room, they didn’t clean up super well from the group before us so there were some clues out of their hiding spot and we’d spend time finding them only to realize we found them at the very beginning

Decent room in small town Cedarville. Not terribly high tech. Great theme…mid-level experience.

My wife and I had a lot of fun! It is a family run business and they were great to talk to. We played both of their rooms and had a blast.

This was our second room at this location, and we enjoyed it more than the first! The theme and set were super cute, and I loved the decorations in general throughout the whole location too. Some fun and satisfying puzzles and some cute surprises. All the workers always seem so friendly, and it's fun supporting a smaller business. A fun date night for my hubby and me for sure!
