Very small chambers. If you have any sort of back injury, pain or are a bigger/taller person one area in the room is very disappointing and you won't be able to really enjoy the concept. The ending was very strange, we weren't even sure we had completed the game. The game master spoke throughout the entire game, giving us clues, answers etc which we didn't ask for. Took the immersion out of the experience. Halfway through the room we lost the fun of the experience and it was more of a "get the puzzles done" not "let's enjoy the puzzles" kind of feeling. We never even saw the game master. Game ended, we waited a few minutes and no one came into the room, so we just left the building. Even the front desk staff didn't acknowledge us on our way out. It's a new business so I'm sure there are bugs to work out but just left us disappointed to say the least.

"We've tackled many escape rooms, but this one stands out! The room's design was impeccable, with an engaging storyline that was easy to follow. Although we got stuck on a puzzle, the Automated Hint System (AHS) was a game-changer. This innovative feature provided subtle guidance without spoiling the experience. The AHS is a unique and welcome addition to the game. With its flawless lighting, decor, high tech laser light installed on the walls at 3rd room , gives you exceptional experience.we'd give it a 10/10. We highly recommend this room to experienced and clever groups. Don't believe the naysayers – approach this room with a positive attitude and an open mind, and you'll have an unforgettable adventure.

(First time on Morty!) Me and my group have done many escape rooms before, and this one is definitely one to remember. The room was very well designed, and the story was easy to follow and exciting! My group was stuck on a puzzle for some time, seeing as this is the hardest room, but the Game Over franchise has some very user friendly Automated Hint Systems, which was recommended by the game master at the beginning of the room. This helped guide us down the right path, and kept us immersed with the clue from a character! The AHS is very unique, and we have never seen them before, but they were helpful when we needed it, without having to ask the game master or just getting the answer right away. The lighting, decor, and experience was an all around 10/10. Would recommend for the smartest groups. I’ve read some other review on this room, and we just couldn’t disagree more, as long as you approach the room positively and with an open mind, it will be an amazing experience!
Thank you for your fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a memorable experience and that our Automated Hint System enhanced your immersion without taking away the challenge. It’s great to know you appreciated the design, storyline, and overall atmosphere of the room. We couldn’t agree more—approaching the game with a positive mindset makes all the difference! We’d love to have you back for another adventure soon. 🔐😊

This game needs a revamp for sure. From the start you’re in a very small room which bigger groups I would caution about playing this game as you start very cramped. Once you get out of that small room, it opens up a bit and there’s more to do, however, this is where the game fell apart for us. There are multiple objects that you have to use in the room for one puzzle, which is fine, but the lighting is pretty dim making it difficult to read some of the items in the room. Maybe adding a flashlight would help with that scenario. Additionally, at one point, you are given a device to use to uncover a clue and that device can be used in a section of the game that is relatively close to where you get set device, but it actually doesn’t belong there. We spent roughly 20 minutes trying to uncover what the clue would be before asking for a clue in the GM finally telling us that’s not where the device is to be used. The times that we asked for help the GM would respond, “Where are you at or what have you done?” Through the many games that we’ve played, this shows a lack of attention for the GM monitoring the game. In the experience that takes mid-level games to great, the GM really assist with that climb. But it’s only those GM’s that pay attention to the cameras in the room and what the players are doing. There should’ve been no reason that we spent 20 minutes using a device in a location that presumably has an opening for that device before we ask for help and being told that’s not where we’re supposed to be using the device. I’m not one to give a negative review just because I don’t make it out of a room. There has been plenty of those, however, the GM and the puzzle mechanics killed this room for me. The decor was great. The premise was good. The storytelling needed a bit of work in the beginning to figure out what it is that we’re actually trying to uncover or do but I could not get into any sort of immersion in this room once we got going. Which seems weird for this company because the other rooms were good.
Puzzles were all over the place. A couple things did not seem to match what they were representing
Props and scenery were well done and on par for this company
We had to use several hints in this game which isn’t really on par for us but the GM asked the fatal GM questions when we needed help “Where are you at?” Meaning what have you done so far. That’s a GM that isn’t paying attention.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re sorry to hear that this particular room didn’t meet your expectations. The jail cell at the beginning is intentionally designed to be small in order to create a realistic and immersive experience. We understand that it may feel cramped for larger groups, but this design choice is meant to replicate the real-life challenge of escaping confinement. That being said, we always welcome feedback and will take your concerns into consideration. Regarding the lighting, there is no issue with visibility in the room, as it has been designed to provide the right level of atmospheric immersion while ensuring players can interact with all necessary elements. However, we understand that individual preferences vary, and we’ll keep your feedback in mind. As for the puzzle mechanics and GM interaction, we sincerely apologize for any frustration. Our goal is to provide an engaging and well-supported experience, and we’ll review your comments with our team to ensure better guidance and attentiveness moving forward. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the décor and premise, and we appreciate your support of our other rooms. We’d love to have you back to experience another adventure and hope to provide a more seamless experience next time!
