This was the most disappointing room I have ever done. I booked it due to the TERPECA nominations, but honestly I am shocked at how this room could have been nominated for any awards at all. So many parts and puzzles were broken that we had no idea if we had solved a puzzle or if it was already open because it was broken. There was no narrative and the staff was not sympathetic to the bad experience that we had. 0 out of 10. Do not play this room unless you are looking to be very disappointed.
Gameplay
Although the story line was supposed to be a clock tower it was presented as a time traveler’s clock tower, but after the introduction, the entire narrative was lost due to poor story line and faulty puzzles.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere was terrible. The audio that was a key component to the game design was not working. Puzzles were broken and some were already open for us. We did know if our actions opened things of if they were already open from broken puzzles/answers.
Customer service
Terrible. We started after our scheduled time because no staff member was in the lobby. After the game ended we tried explaining our frustrations but the staff presented lots of excuses and was not receptive.
