Matsuri

Absolutely loved the theme and story. Could have used one or two more puzzles but our group of 5 solved it with time to spare!

Definitely been around for a while but great fundamental puzzles. Consistent with Lock Chicago's unique room themes, happy to hear it's getting a remodel.

I liked the Japanese Matsuri festival theme! It’s not really one I’ve ever seen. The room was much bigger than I thought it’d be, though it’s a bit sparsely decorated. The puzzles ranged from ok to good, albeit light, with only one really confusing puzzle that is a bit convoluted. Most people shouldn’t have too much trouble. I would have loved to see fireworks and other such matsuri imagery like in the promo image. This one really skimped on the details. It’s also seen better days. I liked some of the video game references though. And as a weeb, I will gladly embrace Japanese themes! Wasshoi!

This is supposed to be Locks signature room, however, it suffered from Locks problem, task to get key to the next lock, to the next key, to the next key. It was enjoyable and challenging for the most part, but it wasn’t as hard as some claimed, but so far, Locks best room.
