Your detective skills are critical to your survival. On a fast train to Budapest with your fellow detectives, you find out a man by the name of Sir Clarence Hayden has suddenly been murdered! You’re able to narrow down 5 suspects who were seen in the dining car around the same time, but it’s up to you to nail down the suspect before the next stop along the railway. Moving through the cabins and gathering evidence, the killer knows you are hot on their trail and has decided you are their next target. With you out of the picture, they would be free to escape when the train stops.

This was a fun, no-frills room. Lots of clues to pull together for a 'who dunnit' story that takes place on a train. There's quite a few small details to pay attention to that may be easy to miss. Overall, it's a very well worth it experience.
Fairly linear, but did indeed flow well.
My only personal criticism is that it didn't *really* feel like each room was a train car, but more of a hotel space. (However, I do get having more narrow quarters for an escape room would not be universally comfortable, so the more open space makes sense!!)
Love the Escapology crew! They are all wonderful people.

As far as rooms go, it’s on the more basic side. But that’s not a bad thing in this context! It feels like a classic, bread and butter experience. It has a simple theme, but makes for a fun backdrop to solve puzzles.
Puzzles were all good, but maybe a bit simple. None frustrated me, and none were bad or underwhelming, but none wowed me either. It’s good!
As with the puzzles, it was good but not amazing. Still solid though!
Staff is amazing!

Given the structure and layout of the room, I personally think this is best served for 2 people.

I may be a bit biased because I love train mysteries, but I had a great time with this room. It was also my very first escape room, and sparked an obsession. If you don’t like logic puzzles you won’t like this room.

This room is low tech but still a goody! The music is well designed for the atmosphere and some tricky puzzles keep you on your toes!

Was well designed but all their rooms feel a bit commercial is all. Still fun and worth going!
