My daughter and I had an absolute blast with this one. Huge props to Zach, our host, whose performance as Giggles is one of the reasons this is my favorite room I've done. Thanks, Zach!

The atmosphere was genuinely scary and I loved the actor in the experience! The puzzles were fun and interesting and i lowkey slacked off cuz I got scared lol

This room was such a blast to play. I went in initially worried about how scary it would be. Much to my surprise, what scares you can also make you laugh depending on how you react to Mr. Giggles', umm, constructive criticism. They do a great job of not trying to scare you while you're working on puzzles, and because they play it this way, the puzzles need to be good as they really stand on their own, and they do just that. The puzzles worked well with the theme, and nothing felt like a reach. My wife and I played this room as a group of two, and I believe we did quite well.
The room kept you a bit on edge of being scared, but it also didn't hinder the puzzle flow.

Honestly my favorite escape room I’ve played so far, it was so immersive and unique.
Flowed well, very immersive, and so fun!
It was SO immersive! Genuinely felt like I was in a creepy cellar.
Zach was a great host! Explained everything well and did a fantastic intro! Also got to interact with another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot (I think it might’ve been Amanda?) but she was great too!

Yes and they were FANTASTIC, definitely spooky and stayed in character even when giving hints over the microphone.

There is some crawling involved but if you have someone able to do that, they can open the other side and someone unable to crawl would then be able to enter. I’d say moderately accessible.

This room was our favorite but the venue was amazing overall. All the guides were great. One of our previous guides actually stayed late and joined in terrifying us in this room - it was a fantastic (if traumatic =P) experience.
I think this was "harder" for us because we were terrified of [jump scares] and did far less effective exploration than usual. Still A+ would puzzle again =P

We had so much fun in this escape room! Zach was a great game master! We loved how interactive and immersive the room was. The puzzles were fun and challenging with a good variety. We highly recommend this escape room!
