Hazelwood Heist

Worst escape room I've ever done. GM straight up gave us the answers for multiple puzzles unprompted. Complete waste of money.

Room was ok. Some tough puzzles, but some puzzles that didn’t fit with the theme.

Pretty fun bank heist room, except this bank is also a log cabin, so it has that nice rustic feel. The puzzles were overall good, with some nice surprises at the end. The red herrings weren’t so great, shrug… A great GM helped to make this a smooth and fun experience unlike some others we’ve had in the Dells.

Fun game, mostly solid. A few annoying red herrings— we asked our GM about one thing and she said “that was just a distraction.” But the actual puzzles were fun.

Decent room with some solid puzzle flow. There were a couple of distractor props which I didn’t love. But the room was fun overall and the gamastering was solid
