This was our second time at Escape Hour in Gig Harbor, and it just keeps getting better! Last time we did The Cabin and loved it this time we took on the Krampus room, and it was so much fun! Our host Katelyn was incredible! So patient with us, fun to talk to and she made sure we never felt dumb (even though we definitely used every hint possible 😂). The puzzles were clever, the theme was awesome, and we laughed the whole way through.

A fun and well themed room with lots of great puzzles and props. Love a limited time room especially! Lots of fun. But beware the Krampus!

We ended up doing Krampusnacht: The Shattered Hollow, the limited-time escape room — and it was amazing! Our Gamemaster, Mia, was absolutely fantastic. The room struck the perfect balance of spooky, fun, and challenging. The set design was detailed and immersive, and the puzzles made sense (even if I didn’t quite get one or two of them right away — that’s on me, I’m not the sharpest kid in the lair!). We managed to escape with just eight seconds to spare — I honestly didn’t think we were going to make it before Krampus came back to catch us! Originally, we were supposed to be a group of five, then four, and finally ended up as three. One of our friends got misdirected by Apple Maps to the wrong location, but Mia and Jade were kind enough to let us wait a bit before starting. Their flexibility and understanding made a huge difference, and we really appreciated it. A big thank-you to Jade as well — both Jade and Mia were incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with before and after the game. If you get the chance, I highly recommend checking out Krampusnacht: The Shattered Hollow while it’s still running!

Overall we always love escape hour rooms! They are our top local escape room no doubt! This room was a bit easy for our experienced group. But overall still a win and would recommend to others.
Flowed well. I would say aside from a few puzzles it was pretty easy.

Beautifully designed room. But didn’t feel the experienced matched how it was advertised. Wasn’t our favorite room here, but still always love getting to experience an escape hour room.
We were given unprompted hints way too often which made it a little frustrating for us.

We loved this room!!! The theme and scenery was so fun and the puzzles all flowed and made sense. It was a little spooky but we loved that too! We had to work as a team more than usual and we really enjoyed that aspect

Escape Hour never lets us down & is always so worth the drive for our group (6 people) from up north. This is another amazing, wonderful time-limited room with great puzzles (wide variety) and, perhaps, some scares. For those who are a little skeptical and not big fans of horror, it is relatively mellow compared to The Cabin (some of my friends were worried going in but made it out just fine). Again, shoutout to Jennifer for setting the theme & tone of the story from the get go. Would definitely reccomend to give this room a shot while it is still here :)!
