I have done 50+ escape rooms and this was one of if not the best. Not like normal escape rooms. But was very very fun

The best “Escape room” I’ve done. So different and a great experience. We had both escape room fanatics and first timers in our group, it was a hit for everyone. Give it a go, you’ll love it.

Not a fan of this one. The atmosphere and the props etc were all amazing but there wasn’t much gameplay. Throughout the whole thing there are two voices that are talking to each other and by listening to them you work out what you have to do. But there’s no room for figuring things out or solving a puzzle. It’s just going through the motions after listening to the voices.

It didn’t flow very well. Lots of waiting for directions from the story voiceovers. Or waiting for things to happen.

They’ll tell you it’s not an escape room, it’s an experience. But in order to move through it you have to do things that open the next door. There are no padlocks. There’s nothing to really figure out. You just have to listen to the voiceover story tell you what to do.

Your team took around 80 minutes to complete the adventure (a little longer than our usual 70-minute experience). We allow that extra time for groups who like to take things at their own pace, and in those cases, our game sometimes provides a few more voice prompts to help the story move forward. Heart of the Mountain is designed as a cinematic adventure experience rather than a traditional escape room. We completely understand that some players come expecting more sign-posted puzzles, locks, or codes, but our approach is closer to a real-life adventure video game — inspired by Tomb Raider and Uncharted. The puzzles are woven into the environment and story itself, encouraging teamwork, observation, and creative thinking. Many can be solved without any help or voice prompts at all. The experience also includes theatrical moments where the rooms react dynamically to your actions, allowing players to fully take in the scale and spectacle of the set pieces. Some teams move through with little assistance, while others take their time — and both are totally fine. We’re so glad you enjoyed the atmosphere and set design, and we truly value your feedback — it helps us keep refining the adventure for every kind of explorer.

Fantastic experience. Really beautifully built and great layout, and one of the best we’ve done to date. We enjoyed the puzzles immensely, and found it fascinating to complete with some of the mechanics which were very well thought out. It was not dark for those who are uncomfortable with that or too tight a space for our friend who gets a bit claustrophobic. Well designed and maintained, and the team have plans to continue building / improving.

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The sets are incredibly well designed, the story is entertaining and flows well and the puzzles are challenging but logical which I absolutely loved. We had an amazing time!

We got by with four which I think was perfect! Tou could probably do 3 but four was definitely the sweet spot.

A capable child who is not easily distracted would really enjoy this room! I say not easily distracted as you have to listen a lot and it doesn't repeat itself.

Mobility would be hard due to climbing/low access. You have to listen a lot so hearing impairment probably would make it difficult and it's low light in some places; you could get by with visual impaired but not colour blindness.

Huge escape room. Production value very very high. My group was wowed everytime we stepped into a room by just the room design alone. Puzzle difficulty were a little less than medium difficulty than what I've experienced. I usually run rooms with just my boyfriend and myself but I definitely reccomend at least 3 or more due to the nature of the puzzles. Puzzles were also unique and very much aligned with the theme and layout of the room. My group took the whole hour but it went by so fast.
