My wife and I found "Heist Havoc" after doing some searching and I’m so glad that we did! Redacted Escape Rooms is an independent escape room company that just opened in October, and they've absolutely nailed it with their first room. We were super impressed.
Without giving anything away, the finale was the coolest thing. It felt like we were in a high-production movie.
The room(s) itself is exceptionally well-designed. The multi-room layout keeps things interesting, and they use some innovative technology/puzzles. I loved that we started with a briefcase containing tools that made us feel like real heist professionals from the start. Atmosphere was immersive with excellent design and effects.

Nick, the game master and one of the owners, was fantastic. He was proactive and helped with time management, monitoring our progress and letting us know periodically that we were on track with time based on our progress. He gave just the right amount of help with clues when we asked. Didn’t give anything away.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
My wife and I have done about 5 to 10 escape rooms before, and we were able to escape in 80 minutes with a few clues.
We escaped just fine with two players, but I a few more would be helpful
I would definitely feel comfortable bringing my nine-year-olds here, though I would probably wait a couple more years before they would really be able to participate.
Physically active
Somewhat
We were definitely moving around. I would say about what you would expect in an escape room. Nothing that made us break a sweat, but also.
Accessibility
There's a section with some ducking and crawling that adds to the experience, though the rest of the space is open and easy to navigate.
Also, one part that requires stepping over sensors.
So the room is playable by someone with a mobility disability, as long as there is someone else in the room with them.
The location was easy to find on Google Maps and had plenty of parking. We drove 30 minutes to get there and it was absolutely worth the trip.
